After leaving high school I took off, and in lots of ways never really came home. I have a degree in History/Politics and International Relations from UNSW in Sydney, and list of jobs before photography that I have no interest in pursuing.
My interest is in people as much as place, and I hope that is reflected in my photography. I always look to capture colour first; be it in the landscape, people or the things we create. I’m fortunate to call this my job, though it’s been a stubborn persistence and a strong aversion to the 9 – 5 rather than luck that have been the biggest help on the journey so far.
Hopefully some of the images here help inspire a few people to get out and see more of this beautiful mess of a planet.
